Muna Recruitment provides international job placement services, including but not limited to:

• Connecting job seekers with international employment opportunities
• Assisting employers in finding qualified candidates
• Providing visa and work permit guidance
• Offering resume/CV support and career coaching

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee the availability of specific positions or candidates at any given time.

2. User Responsibilities

Job Seekers

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure you meet the qualifications for positions you apply for

Employers

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Respond to candidate applications in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Honor the terms of any employment offers made through our service

3. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure is as follows:

• Job seekers are not charged for basic placement services
• Employers pay placement fees according to agreed-upon terms
• Additional services such as expedited processing may incur extra charges
• All fees are clearly communicated before services are rendered

Payment terms and cancellation policies will be detailed in individual service agreements.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Muna Recruitment or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Muna Recruitment acts as an intermediary between job seekers and employers. We are not responsible for:

• The actions or omissions of employers or job seekers
• Employment decisions made by either party
• Visa or work permit approvals by government authorities
• Any disputes that arise between employers and employees

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
